GMO Free Seattle had started a restaurant project which is on hold.
Our goal is two fold:
A) To find ingredients that local restaurants can use to substitute for their GMO ingredients.
B) To work with local restaurants and their menus to provide healthier food for their patrons.
This model would be able to help other communities with their local restaurants.
